The service
The service lets companies collect receipts, check claims against their own policies, route approvals, track advances, prepare payout batches and accounting entries, and view spend reports.
Accounts and users
Your company is responsible for the users it invites, the roles it assigns and keeping log-in details safe. Each user account is for one person.
Free trial
A new company account may use the service free for 30 days. At the end of the trial, the account continues only if a paid plan is chosen. Trial data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends, then deleted unless a plan is chosen.
Plans and fees
Paid plans are charged per active employee per month. An active employee is anyone who submits at least one claim or advance request in the month. Fees, billing period and applicable taxes are shown in your order or invoice.
Decisions and responsibility
Automated checks only flag possible issues. Your company and its approvers make every approval decision. Accounting and tax treatment of expenses, including GST input credit, remain your company’s responsibility. Entries prepared by the service are for your review.

Acceptable use
You may not use the service to submit false claims, upload content you have no right to use, attempt to access other companies’ data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Your data
Your company owns its data. We use it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, which we announce in advance. Support levels depend on your plan.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees your company paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending the agreement
Your company may close its account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the service or other customers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
