Questions

About Advance Ledger

More questions about how it fits your policy? Our team will walk you through it.

Can an employee hold two advances?
Your policy decides. You can allow several open advances up to a total limit, or require settlement before a new one.
What if the claim is less than the advance?
The balance shows as recoverable. Finance can record a refund or adjust it against the next claim or salary, as your policy allows.
Does it work for cash given at branches?
Yes. Cash advances and petty cash floats are recorded with the branch and the person who handed them over.
Signed and paid

One claim left on the desk. Yours.

Bring your open advances into Erznfield during the trial and see who holds what. Every employee and every module are included for 30 days, and you owe nothing if it does not fit.
