Part B - Policy

Your policy, applied to every line. Fairly.

The AI Policy Checker compares each claim with your limits, grades, city tiers, trip dates and every past receipt. When something looks off, it explains what and why. It never rejects a claim on its own.

Questions

About AI Policy Checker

More questions about how it fits your policy? Our team will walk you through it.

Can the AI reject a claim?
No. It only flags possible issues with a written reason. A person always approves or declines, and the employee can respond to any flag first.
How is our policy set up?
Upload your policy document. Our onboarding team turns it into rules with your finance team during the trial, and you can edit any rule later from settings.
Is GPS data required?
No. Visit matching is optional. If used, location comes only from work apps during working hours and only to support claims.
Signed and paid

One claim left on the desk. Yours.

Upload your travel policy during the trial and see it applied to real claims. Every employee and every module are included for 30 days, and you owe nothing if it does not fit.
